Louis M. Ritchie
Director, New Business Development, EJReynolds, Inc.

Lou has specialized in the design and implementation of Employee Benefit plans since 1991. He has, at numerous seminars, addressed the many varied and complex topics of corporate and non-profit retirement programs, providing value added consulting on retirement plan design, employee education and fiduciary responsibility. In 2001, Lou founded Compupay Financial Partners, Inc., a financial intermediary organization, which outsourced the 401(k) and benefits function for Compupay, the country’s largest privately held payroll provider. Through this business model, Compupay Financial Partners provided seamless 401(k) services throughout Compupay’s national distribution network. Through this relationship, Lou developed a national network of Third Party Administrators to provide plan consulting and vendor analysis services in each of ten national hub cities. After partnering with EJReynolds for several years as a provider specialist, Lou has joined EJReynolds and developed our Retirement Resource Center, a program for advisors to the mid to small plan marketplace. The Retirement Resource Center assists Advisors and Plan Sponsors in the evaluation of plan needs, provider benchmarking and tools for ongoing plan service. Lou has always had an interest in volunteering and community development, and in 2005, he established Banyan Resources, an international service organization facilitating exchange programs to provide community projects in developing countries. Banyan currently outreaches to southern Nicaragua and Northwest Costa Rica with construction projects, medical outreach and student exchange programs. Lou is based in the North Palm Beach office and covers the state of Florida. |
